At the International Society of Royals ("ISR", "we", "our", or "us"), we take pride in the quality and care that goes into every personalized gift package and merchandise item we offer. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or accept returns.

1. No Refunds or Returns

Unfortunately all personalized and customized products purchased through [www.internationalsocietyroyals.org] are non-refundable once they have been created and delivered digitally. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Personalized Royal Documents

  • Personalized gift packages

  • Customized merchandise

  • Membership-related items

We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances after digital delivery due to the nature of our products.

2. Corrections for Errors

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you receive a product with an error caused by us — such as incorrect personalization or fulfillment mistakes — we will make every reasonable effort to correct the issue.

To be eligible for correction:

  • The issue must be reported within 14 calendar days of delivery

  • You must provide your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos if applicable

  • The error must be attributable to ISR (e.g., spelling errors not matching your submitted order)

3. Exclusions

We are not responsible for:

  • Customer-submitted errors (e.g., typos in personalization fields)

  • Minor variations in color, size, or layout due to printing or production processes

  • Delays or damage caused by third-party shipping providers

This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
